Now it’s time for us to talk Facebook app for Android phones, previously we talked about Facebook for BlackBerry, Facebook for iPhone, Facebook for Nokia N97 and Facebook Mobile Application for Java cell phone.

This is new important applications are now available for Android users in the US, Facebook for Android. The official Facebook Android application is now available for download at the Android Marketplace.

With this Facebook app for Android, you can share status updates directly from your home screen, check out your news feed, look at your friends’ walls and user info. You can also share photos from your phone and even look up up to 125 friends’ phone numbers from the Android phone home screen.
