Making Business Card with Microsoft Word

In the earlier post had written how to create Business Card by using Microsoft Publisher 2007. Now how to make a business card using Microsoft Word. We do not need to order business cards in the other company when we need a business cards instantly. Faster process. In addition, you can add the identity of a personal nature on your business card to be different and more fresh.

Do not need any special software to be downloaded or installed again for the matter to make a private business cards. We will use the software that has often we use for typing, ie Microsoft Word.

Here’s the steps:

- Activate the your MSWord program by clicking on the icon of Microsoft Word is in the [Start]> [Programs]> [Microsoft Office Word].
- To create a business card, click the menu [Tools]> [Letters and Mailings]> [Envelope and Labels] contained in the toolbars “Commands Menu”.
- Having appeared window “Envelope and Labels”, click on the tab [Labels] to start making the data on your business card.
- Enter your data in the text box under the label “Address” and set the size of your business card on the “Options”.
- For example look at the pictures that the card using the type “Avery Standard 3612″ for “Business Card“.
- Then in the box [Print] mark on the radio button [Full page of the same label] to your business card printed on one sheet of A4.
- Click the [New Document] so you can see the shape of the business card in the form of one sheet of A4. Usually, on one sheet of A4 will get 8 pieces of business cards.
- Having appeared business cards in a single sheet of A4, you can assign a different of background image for each your name card. Source: PCplus
