We can provide a personal touch to e-mail that we send from Microsoft Outlook in accordance with the preferences. We can determine the theme of e-mail with a special wallpaper. That way, our e-mails appear to be different, and with the style we like.

To create the e-mail theme, follow these steps.

1. Start Microsoft Outlook.
2. On the menu [Tools], click [Options] and in the window that appears, click the [General].
3. Then click [Email Options] and in the window “Email Options”, click the tab [Personal Stationery].
4. Of the box “Personal Stationery” You can make changes according to your personality.
5. Click the [Theme] to select the theme of your e-mail. After the window “Themes or Stationery” appeared, there appeared several options such as [Axis], [Bars], and [Blend]. If the theme was not installed, you must set up the Microsoft Office CD in the CD / DVD-ROM drive and click the button [Install].
6. When you’ve found a suitable theme, then you can choose fonts that match your selection. If you want to choose a different font for new e-mail and e-mail replies, click the [Fonts] option under the “New Email Message” and also click the [Fonts] option under “Replying or forwarding Message”.
7. You can also change the font similar to the e-mail you send, either new e-mail and replies e-mail or received e-mail by clicking the [Fonts] option under “Composing and reading Plain text message”. source: PCplus
