Try to open your Windows Explorer, then find one of the documents created with Microsoft Word you have. Note on the Status Bar, there is a information about the creator of the document. Now right-click the file, then click [Properties]. When the Properties window opens, click the tab [Summary] and see the Author:, there is also the name of the document.

For some people the information may be enough with the earlier document. So, you can remove personal information on Ms Word.

Here’s the ways:

1. Run the program Microsoft Word.
2. Press the Microsoft Office, and then select the [Prepare]> [Inspect Documents].
3. Inspect Document in the window, give the check in front of the [Document Properties and Personal Information].
4. Click the Inspect button to start the examination. If you save the file indicated data private, you can use immediately by clicking the button [Remove All].
5. Finally, click [Close] to close the window Inspect Document.
