Imagine if you have a document that contains images in the document. Then, to make the document more orderly, you want to crop the image.

To crop a picture in Microsoft Word, there are two ways. The first way, we can take a picture of the document, then edit it with imaging applications. The second way is to edit directly in Microsoft Word.

For example, you need only display the Standard toolbar, from the print screen you’ve done. Cutting process (crop) can be done in the next step.

1. Paste your screen printing results.
2. Click the image in question.
3. By default once you click the print screen images, the Picture toolbar will be active.
4. Click the Crop icon on the left line style icons.
5. Click and drag the corner or on a small white box on the image in question.
6. Determine the appropriate size you want.
