Less than a month Windows 7 will be released. Before you reinstall, you should first make a backup for important data, you can save on CD / DVD or copied to an external hard drive.

Backup data can use copy-paste, there is no problem. But, to backup e-mail must use a special trick. Here’s how.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click the [File], then click [Import and Export ...].
3. In the “Import and Export Wizard” dialog box, select [Export to a file], then click [Next].
4. Select [Personal Folder File (.pst)], then click [Next].
5. Select the folder you want to backup. If you want to backup the entire folder, select Personal Folders and check the [Include subfolders], then click [Next].
6. Specify the file name and folder where the backups will be stored, and then click [Finish].
7. If you want the backup of your files secure, put a password on the file. Do not forget to select the option [Compressible Encryption], and then click [OK].

If it was doing, just wait for the backup process. When the process is completed, move the pst files to CD, DVD, or USB flash disk. Then, you can format the hard disk to install Windows 7 and Office 2007.

In order for e-mail can be read on Windows 7, doing these steps:
