The new Nokia N900 is available for pre-order at the Nokia USA online shop. The Nokia N900 Maemo 5 Internet Tablet is priced at $649 and obviously sold unlocked. There is also unlocked Nokia 5530 XpressMusic available for pre-order at Amazon.
