GeeksPhone ONE, new phone manufacturer from Spain has became available. The Geeks’Phone ONE smartphone uses i900 hardware licensed from Samsung and it runs Android 1.5. It will be available in European markets some time in the future.
GeeksPhone guarantees the phone with be available in Western Europe by the end of the year. According to a source, the device will be available “unlocked” through various distributors, or subsidized through MVNOs. The price of Geeks’Phone ONE has been estimated at around 260€ ($375.00 US) although that is completely subject to change.
