After a while we heard rumors about the BlackBerry Onyx, we finally got assurance from T-Mobile. Through the CIO, the official BlackBerry Onyx photo show up. The BlackBerry Onyx will probably be called BlackBerry Bold 9700 when released.

T-Mobile says it plans to release the BlackBerry Bold 9700 “Onyx” before the end of 2009. The new information was under embargo until early November, so we can expect an official announcement right around that time.
